Charges and Conditions

• Our basic charge for home maintenance work is £18.50 per hour.    Our basic charge for office maintenance work is £19.50 per hour. All work    will be discussed in advance and an estimate agreed for the job. Materials    required will also be agreed in advance. A minimum charge of 1 hour will    be made for all jobs. • An additional charge of 10% of cost will be made on materials supplied by    WALLACE Home Services • A daily timesheet can be made available to allow clients to keep track of    the progress of any job • Invoices will show a full breakdown of time spent and materials used for    each job. • Work will be invoiced on completion of the job • Payment may be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. • There will be an additional travel charge for work out with 10 miles of    Aberfoyle. • Character references are available for our maintenance personnel. • WALLACE Home Services hold full Public Liability insurance.
