Pricing and Conditions

•The normal skilled rate is £30.00 per hour.

•Where a labourer is required to assist, this will be charged at £12.50 per hour.

•Waste from the job will be disposed of at a cost of £5.00 per full dustbin.

•Larger jobs will be assessed and an estimate of time, materials and rubbish disposal, provided in advance of work starting.

•All materials supplied by WALLACE Home Services will be subject to a handling charge of 15% of cost.

•A daily timesheet will be made available to allow customers to keep track of the progress of any job. This shows a full breakdown of time spent and materials used.

•Work will be invoiced on completion of the job or as agreed.

•Payment may be made by cash, card, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.

•Payment is strictly within 7 days from the date of invoice.

•All tools and equipment will be supplied by WALLACE Home Services.

•Specialist power tools may be subject to a hire charge.

WALLACE Home Services hold full Public Liability insurance.

WALLACE Home Services respects your privacy and will not use your details, sell your details or use images of completed work.
